TOWN OF DOVER RACINE COUNTY, WISCONSIN RESOLUTION NO. 2019-02

A RESOLUTION TO INITIATE THE PROCESS FOR DISCONTINUING A ROAD RESERVATION IN THE TOWN OF DOVER, RACINE COUNTY, WISCONSIN

THE BOARD of the Town of Dover, Racine County, Wisconsin by this resolution adopted on proper notice with a quorum and by roll call vote by a majority of the Town Board present and voting resolves and orders as follows:

1. The process pursuant to Chapter 82 of the Wisconsin Statutes to discontinue a public road reservation in the Town described as follows is hereby initiated: All of that portion of the 66 foot Public Road Reservation on the west side of US Highway 45 north of State Highway 20 noted on CSM (Certified Survey Map) #2646 or between parcel numbers 006 032001019022 and 006 032001019050 all in the Town of Dover, Racine County, Wisconsin.

OR

North 66 feet of parcel one CSM 2646 all in the Town of Dover, Racine County, Wisconsin.

A CSM (Certified Survey Map) of the area that will be affected by this application is attached hereto as Exhibit A and is incorporated herein by reference.

• The Town Clerk set a date for a public hearing on the proposed discontinuance and provide notice as required pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 82 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
