NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an election is to be held in the Town of Dover, on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. The following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed.

OFFICE INCUMBENTS

Chair:  Sam Stratton

Supervisor #1:  Mike Shenkenberg

Supervisor #2:  Jared Guillien

The term of office for the town board members is two years, beginning on Monday, April 28, 2025.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a Campaign Finance Registration Statement (CF-1) and Declaration of Candidacy (EL-162), must be filed no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, in the office of the town clerk. The first day to circulate nomination papers (EL-169)  is December 1, 2024 and the final day for filing nomination papers is 5:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 in the office of the town clerk.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.

Acceptable photo identification will be required to vote at this election. If you do not have

a photo identification, you may obtain a free identification card for voting from the Division of Motor Vehicles.
