Notice is hereby given that the Town of Dover has reschedule a public hearing at 6:30 p.m., from  Thursday, September 7, 2017 to Tuesday, September 26, 2017, in the Dover Town Hall at 4110 South Beaumont Avenue, Kansasville, Wisconsin, regarding the Dirty Hoe Saloon.  This location is handicap accessible.  If you have special needs, please contact the Dover Town Clerk at (262) 878-2200.

Attorney James Duquette will be representing the Town of Dover and Attorney Todd Terry will be representing the Dirty Hoe Saloon.  The Dirty Hoe Saloon is located at PT NE1/4 SE1/4 COM 49RD11 IN N OF SE COR,N73′,W147′,S 73′,E147’TO POB&N73’OF S809 FT OF E147’NE1/4 SE1/4&N73′ OF S957’OF E147’NE1/4 SE1/4 **TOTAL ACRES** 00.84,  Town of Dover, Racine County, WI.  The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss potential suspension, revocation, or conditions of the Dirty Hoe Saloon’s liquor license.
