Town Water Patrol: An ordinance Repeal and Recreate 2.16

This ordinance was recreated primarily to note that the Town Water Patrol Chief and officers shall be appointed by the Fire and Water Commission. The Fire and Water Commission may allow the Chief to appoint officers at will.
