Repeal of Sec 12.12 Ordinance Regarding Private Streets and Drives

Dover’s Plan Commission and Town Board have been reviewing and modifying the verbiage in Dover’s Ordinance Chapter 16, Land Division Regulations. This Ordinance 12.12 is now revised under Chapter 16.30.060. Below is the repeal of Sec. 12.12
