An Ordinance Amending the Town of Dover Title 16 – Land Division Regulations to meet the requirements of Wisconsin Act 68.

Public Hearing Notice: 

On June 10, 2026 and July 15, 2026 at 7:00pm at the Town of Dover Municipal Building, 4110 S. Beaumont Avenue Kansasville W 53139, the Town of Dover Plan Commission will hold a public hearing meeting for the purpose of considering/approving amendments to Chapter 16- Land Division Regulations as follows:

The proposed amendments result in modifications of the ordinance text which address various requirements of WI Act 68, including changes to:

Sub-section 16.08- General Provisions

Sub-section 16.10- Minor Land Divisions

Sub-section 16.12- Certified Survey Map

Sub-section 16.22- Preliminary Plat

Sub-section 16.23- Final Plat

Sub-section 16.24 Construction

Sub-section 16.25- Required Improvements

Sub-section 16.60- Financial Security
